For the youngest of our children, our focus is on bonding and needs-oriented work with children aged 1 to 3 years in groups of 12 children. To ensure a healthy arrival at our facility, we use our own settling-in model, which is based on the principles of needs orientation and participation.

Preschool is a decisive milestone for us. In this last year of kindergarten (age approx. 5-6 years), we lay the foundation for a successful school career. Through playful learning and potential-oriented support, the children develop important skills that prepare them for the demands of elementary school. The preschool is a fixed age-homogeneous group that spends part of the day together according to the needs and interests of the children in VORFREUDE.

Im Elementarbereich organieren wir den Alltag im Rahmen der offenen Werkstatt-Arbeit (inspiriert vom Reggio Ansatz) mit folgenden Werkstätten - Atelier, Bauwerkstatt, Töpfern, Musik, Garten, sowie der Projektarbeit basierend auf kindlichen Interessensfeldern. Den Übergängen zwischen Nest und Elementarbereich, sowie Elementarbereich und Schule widmen wir besondere Aufmerksamkeit mit gesonderten altershomogenen Gruppen, die in Ergänzung agieren.
Unser LeitungsTeam arbeitet eng und vertrauensvoll zusammen. Die Aufgaben des LeitungsTeams umfassen unter anderem Personalführung und Teamentwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des pädagogischen Konzepts, strategische Belegungsplanung, Organisation und Leitung von Fortbildungen und ElternAbenden und Qualitätsmanagement.

The Eltern- und FamilienGarten is a family support service funded by the Steglitz-Zehlendorf Youth Welfare Office. We are looking for a motivated person to strengthen the team and to carry out offers in the field of family support and education in our Blütezeit BildungsHaus at Kelchstr. 23, 12169 Berlin-Steglitz.
Start date: from March 1, 2025
Hours: part-time (up to 18 hours per week)
